Fire Extinguisher Mess On Reston Train (Photos)
RESTON, VA — Metro commuters in Reston recently were treated to the sight of a huge mess in a train at the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station.
Twitter user Brian Bae tweeted photos of the scene on Sept. 24, which show Metro cars completed coated with a white foam that appears to have come from a fire extinguisher nearby.
It happened on train No. 500 and on cars 7500 and 7502 at the Wiehle-Reston East station.
What is it about fire extinguishers that make youngsters see them as toys? A recent incident in a metro train at Reston, VA, concerning a fire extinguisher was again put to blame on unruly teens. Brian Bae, a Twitter user, tweeted photos of foam-covered Metro cars 7500 and 7502 of train No. 500. The fire extinguisher that was used to trash the cars was left on the floor. The incident was said to have happened before the train arrived at the station and the staff immediately cleaned the mess up. This happened on the Wiehle-Reston East Metro station on September 24, 2018.

Lake Anne was the first Village Center built as part of this community and was themed after the Italian coastal town of Portofino.
